A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL GIVING NOTICE OF THE
PROPOSED GHIRARDO-HANF ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, the annexation of certain properties was submitted to the
Marin County Local Agency Formation Commission; and

WHEREAS, the boundaries of this annexation are attached as Exhibit

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that:
1. Notice of the proposed annexation is now made;
2. This resolution is transmitted to "each school district which,
in part or in whole, is included in the territory sought to be
included in the City, and which has made written request there -

3. Written protests against the annexation can be made prior to
and during the meeting of October 6, 1975 at 8:00 p.m. in the
San Rafael City Council Chambers;
4. The effective date of the annexation shall be December 1, 1975;
and
5. The City Clerk shall publish this resolution as ..prescribed in
Section 35311 of the California Government Code and notify the
designated property owners.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby cer-
tify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the
25th day of August , 1975, by the following vote, to wit:

CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
Beginning at a point in the existing Corporate Limit line
of the City of San Rafael, said point being on the westerly
line of San Pablo Avenue, and further described as the
anglepoi$t formed by the two courses S.23046'W 210.88 feet
and 5.66 14'E 45.0 feet in said Corporate Limit line and
running thence from saidpoint of beginning S.66014,'E 45..00
feet along the existing Corporate Limits line to the
Easterly line of San Pablo Avenue, thence leaving the Cor-
porate Limit line and running along said Avenue line
S.230461W 79.12 feet, thence leavin� said line of San Pablo
Avenue N.66014'W. 195.00,feet, S.2346'W 50.00 feet, and
N.66014'W 249.00 feet more or less to a point in the exist-
ing Corporate Limit line, said point being the most Northerly
Corner of Lot 3 shown on "Map of Hillview",Book 7b Page 15,
Marin County Records, thence along said line N.47 25'E
371.99 feet, S.66014'E 249.44 feet and S.23046'W 210.8 8 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 2.45 Acres more or less.
