RESOLUTION REMOVING ONE (1) FOOT NON -ACCESS STRIP
FROM THE WESTERLY TERMINUS OF TERRA LINDA DRIVE
AS SHOWN ON THE RECORD SUBDIVISION MAP OF "TERRA
LINDA UNIT 20"
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Planning Commission and City Council have heretofore
approved the subdivision map of "Terra Linda Unit 20";
AND WHEREAS, said subdivision map of "Terra Linda Unit 20" was recorded on
September 26, 1963 in Vol. 12 of Maps at Page 32, Marin County Records;
AND WHEREAS, the Record Subdivision Map of "Terra Linda Unit 20" in the City
of San Rafael, shows a one (1) foot non -access strip adjacent to the westerly
terminus of Terra Linda Drive;
AND WHEREAS, GUISELA LUSTER, SUBDIVIDER OF TERRA LINDA UNIT 27, has requested
that said one (1) foot non -access strip be removed to allow access to the proposed
Terra Linda Unit 27 Subdivision at the end of Terra Linda Drive;
AND WHEREAS, said one (1) foot non -access strip would preclude access to the
proposed Terra Linda Unit 27 Subdivision;
AND WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the public that said one (1) foot non -
access strip be removed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain one (1) foot non -access strip
adjacent to the westerly terminus of Terra Linda Drive as shown on the Recorded
Subdivision Map of "Terra Linda Unit 20" be and the same is hereby removed.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a REGULAR
meeting of the Council of said City on the 25TH day of AUGUST, 1975, by the follow-
ing vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
