RESOLUTION FIXING THE RATE OF TAXES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1975-76
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Tax Rate for the City of
San Rafael for the Fiscal Year 1975-76 be, and the same is hereby fixed
as follows, for each $100.00 assessed valuation:

I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, do
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on
Monday, the 25th day of August, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
