A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4994 FIXING THE COMPENSATION
AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR POLICE
DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has met and conferred with
members and representatives of the San Rafael Police Association;
and
WHEREAS, it is now appropriate to set salaries for Fiscal
Year 1975-76; and
WHEREAS, a Memordandum of Understanding has been entered
into between the City and the San Rafael Police Association,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that City provide for a
6.5% salary increase on a one-time basis for the second pay period
in September, 1975.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 25th day of August 1975,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon
and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
