RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT AMENDING
ASSESSMENT NO. 28, EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 2, CITY OF -SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of August, 1975, the Project
Engineer for East San Rafael Drainage Assessment District
No. 2, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, filed
with the City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, an Amended
Assessment Amending Assessment No. 28 in East San Rafael
Drainage Assessment District No. 2, City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, adopted by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael on the 24th day of February, 1975;
and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of San Rafael has
duly given notice by publication in the time, manner and form
required by law of the filing of said assessment and of the
time set for hearing thereon, which said time was fixed in
said notice as the 8th day of September, 1975, at -the hour
of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day; and
WHEREAS, no appeals or protests against the Amended
Assessment have been filed in the time and manner provided
by law against the confirmation of said amended assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of'the City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, that said
Amended Assessment and the Diagram attached thereto, the proceed-
ings leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations of
the Project Engineer in relation thereto, be, and the same are
hereby confirmed, ratified and approved, and the said Amended
Assessment Amending Assessment No. 28 hereinabove referred to,
filed with the City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, on the 15th
day of August, 1975, in East San Rafael Drainage Assessment
District No. 2, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California,

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, Marin County, California, at a regular meeting
thereof, held on the 8th day of September It
1975, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Jensen Miskimen, Nixon
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
