A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL GIVING APPROVAL FOR THE CITY
LIBRARY TO JOIN THE NORTH BAY COOPERATIVE
LIBRARY SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Board of Library Trustees has recommended
that the San Rafael Public Library join the North Bay Cooperative
Library System; (hereinafter called the System) and
WHEREAS, the Board of Library Trustees has recommended
approval of the System's Plan of Service, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Library Trustees has recommended
the appointment of the City Librarian as the City's representative
to the System;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of San Rafael does hereby:
(1) Give approval for the Library to join the
System, and authorize the Mayor and City
Clerk to sign the agreement.
(2) Approve the Plan of Service of the System,
and
(3) Appoint the City Librarian as the City's
representative to the System.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, here-
by certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly in-
troduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City on Monday the 20th
by the following vote, to wit:
