A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF A LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf
of the City of San Rafael a lease or agreement with
Marin County ( Bookmobile Service )
A copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part
hereof.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, here-
by certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the dday of FP -

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made between the COUNTY OF MARIN, a
political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter
referred to as "County", and the CITY OF SAN RAFAEI., a political
subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to
as "City".

L. The members of the San Rafael Library shall. enjoy

.3. County shall provides sea -vices for the
Hcthertun & 4th Street area in the City of San Rafael, commencing

4. The costs for said ..erviees, which include staff,
servi.Ces, sul)plies and book eirculat-ion, i:, estimated to he
$946.32 and shall be borne equally by City and County, one half
of said costs being $473.16. City shall pay to County the said
sum of $473.16 for the services provided for herein by County
prior to June 30, 1975. The actual amount to be paid shall be
determined and based on the actual cost. A detailed account of
said costs shall. herendered by County to City within 30 days
after June 30, 1975, and a credit issued or thu debit forwarded
within 30 days thereafter.
5. This Agreement shall commence con Harch 3, 1975,
;and shall continue in full farce and effect to and including
June 30, 1975. During the month of June, 1075, County shall
evaluate the service called for by this Agreement and shall
render its findings and recommendations pert aini.n,. to the
feasibility of the continuance of said services for fiscal.
