RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNTY TREASURER OF THE COUNTY OF MARIN
AS PAYING AGENT FOR BONDS TO BE ISSUED IN EAST SAN RAFAEL
DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESSMENT,
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, State of California, has authorized issuance of bonds in the
principal amount of $ 232,887.64, to be issued under the Improvement
Bond Act of 1915; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has an existing agreement with
the County of Marin by which said County Treasurer of the County of Marin
acts as paying agent for the bonds of the City of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, said fees as set forth on said existing agreement
appear fair and reasonable for the services provided by said County
Treasurer of the County of Marin,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, State of California, does hereby find, resolve, determine
and order as follows:
1. The County Treasurer of the County of Marin, State of
California, is hereby appointed paying agent for bonds issued in said
East San Rafael Drainage Assessment District No. 1, Supplemental Assess-
ment, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, and said County of
Marin shall be paid in accordance with the existing agreement between
said City of San Rafael and the County of Marin.
2. The City Clerk of the City of San Rafael is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this resolution with the County Treasurer of
the County of Marin.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
4th day of November, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jensen. Miskimen and Mulryan
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen Nixon and Mayor Bett i n i
