RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR One New 1975 Chevrolet Gasoline Motorized
1/2 Ton Pickup Truck
WHEREAS, sealed bids or proposals were received by the City Clerk
for the furnishing of One New 1975 Chevrolet Gasoline Motorized 1/2 Ton
Pickup Truck
and.all such bids or proposals were publicly opened, examined and declared;
and
WHEREAS, the bid or proposal of DeLong Chevrolet, Inc., 550
Francisco Blvd., San Rafael, CA 94902 at the quotation stated in his
bid, was and is the lowest responsible bidder or proposal,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Purchasing Depart-
ment is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City with the
successful bidder in accordance with the terms, specifications, and general
provisions of said bid or proposal.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other bids or proposals are hereby re-
jected and the City Clerk is directed to return all accompanying certified
checks, cash, and bond of said unsuccessful bidders.
I, MARION GRADY, City Clerk, hereby certify, that the foregoing
resolution was duly introduced and adopted at a meeting of the City Council
held on the 4th day of November , 19 74 by the follow-
ing vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
