RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL PERMITTING THE USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
AT THE ROBERT DOLLAR ESTATE
WHEREAS, The San Rafael Municipal Code in Section 8.12.220 (c)
permits the use of alcoholic beverages on public property upon adoption of
a resolution; and
WHEREAS, The City of San Rafael has purchased the Robert Dollar
property; and
WHEREAS, the use of the Robert Dollar property may well be used
for private parties at which alcoholic beverages may be consummed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby permits the use of alcoholic beverages at the Robert
Dollar Estate.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby cer-
tify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on the 18th
day of November , 1974, by the following -rote, to -wit:
