RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
FIXING FEES FOR 'POSTING SIGN'S.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8.12.090 of the San Rafael
Municipal Code, a permit must be obtained from the City Manager
for the posting of any signs permitted pursuant to said Section,
and a cash bond must be posted; and
WHEREAS, Section 8.12.090 provides that a cash bond shall
be deposited for obtaining a permit for the posting of signs and
that the amount of said deposit shall be set by resolution of the
City Council.
NOW THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby sets the fee of $100.00 cash bond for
the purpose of obtaining the permit to post signs from the City
Manager as provided in Section 8.12.090 of the San Rafael Municipal
Code.
