RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK
Upon application of the Developer therefor, and due cause being shown this
City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of the improve-
ment work provided for in those certain Agreements, more particularly described
as follows:
AGREEMENT FOR COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK DESIGNATED
"PHASE 2 - FRONTAGE IMPROVEMENTS - CIVIC CENTER DRIVE
(FRONTAGE ROAD) ADJOINING A.P. NO. 155-200-01 (NORTHGATE
EAST PROPERTY) FOR THE NORTHGATE EAST DEVELOPMENT".
AGREEMENT FOR COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK DESIGNATED
"PHASE 3 - FRONTAGE IMPROVEMENTS - CIVIC CENTER DRIVE
(FRONTAGE ROAD) AND PORTION OF LANDSCAPING ADJOINING
A.P. NO. 155-200-01 (NORTHGATE EAST PROPERTY) FOR THE
NORTHGATE EAST DEVELOPMENT".
between the City of San Rafael and NORTHGATE EAST as Developer, shall be completed,
be and it is hereby extended to and including the 3RD day of DECEMBER, 1975; this
extension shall not become effective unless and until said Developer files with the
City Clerk the written consent of the Surety Company upon said Developer's Faithful
Performance Bond to said continuance and waiver of Statute of Limitations for the
period of said extension.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a REGULAR
meeting of the Council of said City held on MONDAY, the 2ND day of DECEMBER, 1974,
by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN : Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN : None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN : None
