RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL EXERCISING THAT DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY
STATED IN ORDINANCE NO. 1173
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael permits upon special request the use
of alcoholic beverage on certain public property; and
WHEREAS, the Gerstle family has requested such a priviledge for
September of 1975; and
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council is appreciative of the rich
leadership tradition of the Gerstle family within the City of San Rafael.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Gerstle family is permitted
to use alcoholic beverages within Gerstle Park; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this priviledge is restricted to a day
of the family's choosing in September of 1975, with the provision that the
date be approved by the City Manager.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on the
16th day of December 1974, by the following vote, to -
wit:
