RESOLUTION DIRECTING READVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON BONDS FOR MOORING
ROAD SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of March, 1974, the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, fixed the date
of bonds to be issued in said proceedings and directed publication
of Official Notice Inviting Bids for Purchase of Bonds; and
WHEREAS, at the time fixed for receipt of bids for purchase
of bonds no bids were received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael that:
1. Bids on bonds shall be received at the hour of
2:00 P.M. on the 15th day of April, 1974, in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
at which said time and place said proposals will be
publicly opened, examined and declared.
2. Said Official Notice Inviting Bids for Purchase of
Bonds shall be published once.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 1st day
of April, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jensen, Mi skimen, Mul cyan Nixon and Mayor Bett i n i
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None
