RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR AN
INSTALLATION PERMIT FOR MOBILE
HOME
WHEREAS, it is necessary to inspect the installation and connection
of utilities to a mobile home when it is located in an approved mobile home
park, and,
WHEREAS, Section 5078.2 of Chapter 5, Title 25, California Admini-
strative Code will require that such fees shall be commensurate with the cost
of enforcement but in no case shall exceed $30.00, and,
WHEREAS, the costs to the city of making such an inspection will be
at least equal to the fee charged,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that an installation permit fee of
$30.00 be charged, which shall include the application filing fee of $5.00 and
that a reinspection fee of $25.00 be charged.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 3rd day of June, 1974„
by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Miskimen, and Nixon
