RESOLUTION NO. 4725
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
MARIN BAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California,
that the public interest, convenience and necessity require and that it
is the intention of the Council to make changes and modifications in the
proceedings conducted pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2576,
adopted by the Council of this City on March 19, 1962, by amending Sec-
tion 20 of said Resolution, relating to disposition of surplus, to read
as follows:
1120. If any excess shall be realized from the assessment, it
shall be applied to the maintenance of the improvements."
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 1st day of July , 1974,
at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., in the regular meeting place of said
Council, City Hall, San Rafael, California, are hereby fixed as the time
and place when and where said Council will consider the matter of making
said changes and modifications and hearing all protests and persons
interested therein.
The City Clerk of this City shall cause a copy of this resolution
to be published once in the Independent -Journal, a newspaper of general
circulation published. in said City and the paper in which the Notice of
Improvement under said Resolution of Intention was published, said pub-
lication to be at least ten days before said day of hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy
of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 3rd day
