RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as
follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, an amendment to an agreement be-
tween the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and WILLIAM J. BIELSER, City Manager,
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part
hereof.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly in-
troduced and adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the City
Council of said City held on Tuesday the 4th
day of June 1974, by the following vote
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon & Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the agreement made and entered into on the
third day of December, 1973, by and between the City of San Rafael,
a municipal corporation, hereafter referred to as "City" and
William T. Bielser, hereafter referred to as "City Manager" shall be
amended as follows:
WITNESSETH:
Paragraph I shall be amended to read:
" 1 . The City hereby extends the contract with the
City Manager to and including the third day of
June, 1977."
Paragraph 3 shall be amended to read:
"3. In consideration of the City Manager for perform-
ing those services required and directed by the City
Council, he shall be compensated as follows:
$30,000.00 per annum."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have entered into this
Amendment to Agreement this 4th day of June, 1974.
