RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, a map showing the
proposed boundaries of Santa Margarita Open Space Assessment District,
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, that the map entitled,
"Proposed Boundaries of Santa Margarita open Space Assessment District,
City of San Rafael, County of Marin, California," is hereby approved.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
17th day of June, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen • Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen : None
ABSENT: Councilmen : Mul ryan
