A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 4715 and 4716 FIXING THE
COMPENSATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS, MANAGEMENT,
CONFIDENTIAL AND POLICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael that
Section 1.5 of Resolution No. 4715 be amended to add the positions:
Minimum Maximum
Personnel Director 1362 1655
Traffic Engineer 1468 1699
and Section 1 of Resolution No. 4716 be amended to add the position:
Salary
Range No. C D E
P-1 5a Police Corporal 1161 1217 1278
This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its adoption and the
several compensations and allowances herein provided shall be in full force
and effect as of and from July 1, 1974.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the Council of said City on
Tuesday , the 18th day of June , 19741 by the following
vote, to -wit:
