RESOLUTION CONTINUING HEARING AND ALL MATTERS, EAST
SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2, CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, that the hearing on the above entitled assess-
ment district, and all matters in connection therewith, be, and the same
is hereby, continued to the 5th day of August, 1974, at the hour of 8:00
o'clock P.M. of said day.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 1st day of
July, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
