RESOLUTION N0. 4768
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
NORTHGATE INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of this Council ordering same,
adopted on ,nP 3 1., 1974, notice has been duly given of the inten-
tion of this Council to change and modify the proceedings under Reso-
lution of Intention No. 2749 adopted on March 4, 1963; and
WHEREAS, „n persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all
matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were
fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said
Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as more particularly
described and set forth in said Resolution adopted June 3 , 1974.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
tst day of July, 1974, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan,
Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: None
