RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAF�AEL R
REJECTING OFFER OF DEDICATION. N,
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of May, 1974, the United California
Bank, as Trustee of Trust #1-41-149-30 offered for dedication
certain bridge improvements constructed by United California Bank
as Trustee, said offer of dedication being recorded on May 16,
1974, in that certain instrument entitled Offer of Dedication; and
WHEREAS, said Offer of Dedication was presented to the City
Council of the City of San Rafael at their regular meeting on
Monday, July 1, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael after
due deliberation and consideration did not wish to accept said
Offer of Dedication.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby rejects the Offer of Dedication contained
in that certain instrument entitled Offer of Dedication dated
May 13, 1974 and recorded on May 16, 1974, by United California
Bank as Trustee of Trust 41-41-149-30.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on the 1st day of July , 1974, by the following vote,
to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
