RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
provided for in that certain Agreement between the
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and GOLDEN DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT, INC. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
21ST day of OCTOBER , 19 74 .
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a REGULAR meeting of the Council of said City
held on MONDAY _, the 19TH day of AUGUST
19 74 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN : Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN : None
