A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF A LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf
of the City of San Rafael &xkms&xxxxik2P,% @ltRkxWik4x
reciprocal agreements with the other municipal libraries in
Marin County (Larkspur, Mill Valley, San Anselmo and Sausalito)
A copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part
hereof.
I, MARION A. GRADY, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, here-
by certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on Tuesday the 3rd day of September ,
19 74 , by the following vote, to wit:

California, hereinafter referred to as " ", and
the CITY OF SAA' RAFAEL, a political subd.1vision of the
State of California, hereinafter referred to as "San
Rafael."
W I T N E S S E T H
1. is desirous of securing for
residents of the same privileges for the
use of the San Rafael Library as are granted to, or en-
joyed by, residents of San Rafael.
2. San Rafael is desirous of securing for
residents of San Rafael the same privileges for the use
of the Library -as are granted to, or enjoyed

•14041, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREEp as follows:
1. Residents of shall enjoy,
without the payment of nonresident fees, the same privi-
leges for the use of the San Rafael Library as are granted
to, or enjoyed by, residents of Sari Rafael.
2. Residents of San Rafael shall enjoy, with-
out the payment of nonresident fees, the same privileges
for the use o•f the Library as are granted
to, or enjoyed by, residents of

of July, 1974, and shall continue in full force and effect
thereafter from fiscal year to fiscal year (July 1 to
June 30) unless cancelled by either party giving written
