RESOLUTION CONTINUING HEARING AND ALL MATTERS, EAST
SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2, CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, that the hearing on the above
entitled assessment district, and all matters in connection there-
with, be, and the same is hereby, continued to the 4th day of November,
1974, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 7th day of October, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
