RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
OF ITS INTENTION TO PASS AN ORDINANCE SETTING NEW BAIL
SCHEDULES FOR CERTAIN VEHICLE AND MUNICIPAL CODE ORDINANCE
VIOLATIONS.
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City
of San Rafael to pass an ordinance revising the present bail
schedule of the City of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, said bail schedule has to be approved by the Judges
of the Municipal Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael on approval of the bail schedule attached hereto
and marked Exhibit "A" intends to pass an ordinance in conformity
therewith.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
San Rafael hereby requests that the Judges of the Municipal Court
approve the bail schedule attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A".

certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly in-
troduced and adtoped at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City held on the 21st day of ' October , 1974, by the following
vote, to -wit:
