Monday, June 25, 2018 MCB Pilot Process Overview Operator Requirements •Compliant with State MAUCRSA regulations •Odor control, advertising and marketing restrictions •Contact person/community liaison •Operating Hours: –Medical Cannabis Delivery: 9AM to 9 PM, seven days a week –Cannabis Testing Laboratories: 7AM to 6PM, seven days a week –Medical Cannabis Infused Product Manufacturing: 7AM to 6PM, evenings available as a condition of permit, seven days a week •License valid for 12 months from date of issuance and may be renewed annually. •License is non-transferable.
