CONSENT CALENDAR: The opportunity for public comment on consent calendar items will occur prior to the City Council’s vote on the Consent Calendar. The City Council may approve the entire consent calendar with one action. In the alternative, items on the Consent Calendar may be removed by any City Council or staff member, for separate discussion and vote. 3. Consent Calendar Items: a.Approval of Minutes of Special City Council Meeting, and City Council / Successor Agency Meeting of October 19, 2015 (CC) Recommended Action – Approve as submitted n b.Second Reading and Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 1936 - AOrdinance of the San Rafael City Council Approving a Planned Development District (zc14-002) Amendment to the San Rafael Corporate Center (750-790 Lindaro St and 781-791 Lincoln Ave) to Allow an Additional 72,396 sq ft Office Building on Parcel 1 (755 Lindaro St) and Expansion to the Currently under Construction Parking Structure (788 Lincoln Ave) at the San Rafael Corporate Center Campus. (Apn: 013-012- 38 & 39, 013-021-50, 51, 52, 53, 54 & 55) (CD) Recommended Action – Approve final adoption of Ordinance No. 1936 c.Resolution Confirming Use of the Property Located at 519 Fourth Street as Governmental Use Property (ED) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution d.Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Annual Financial Report; Single Audit; Gann Appropriations Limit; Memorandum on Internal Control; and Child Development Program (Fin) Recommended Action – Accept reports e.Resolution Authorizing the Director of Public Works to Execute an Amendment to Funding Agreement No. 2014-013 Between the Transportation Authority of Marin and the City of San Rafael, Thereby Authorizing The Allocation Of $595,725 in Local Measure A Funding For Fiscal Year 2015-2016 (PW) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution f.Accept Investment Report for the City of San Rafael for the Quarter Ending September 30, 2015 (Fin) Recommended Action – Accept report PUBLIC HEARING: 4. Consent Calendar: a.Accept Investment Report for the San Rafael Successor Agency for the Quarter Ending September 30, 2015 (Fin) Recommended Action – Accept report ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the Council less than 72 hours before the meeting, shall be available for inspection in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 209, 1400 Fifth Avenue, and placed with other agenda-related materials on the table in front of the Council Chamber prior to the meeting.
