RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR
PROJECT 9632-71.154

ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 14-182-06
WHEREAS,
City Engineer, of the City of San Rafael, California, presented to the City
Council of said City and filed with the City Clerk thereof, Plans and Specifi-
cations entitled PROJECT 9632-71.154
EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE EASEMENT REPAIRS
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 14-182-06
and WHEREAS, said City Council has examined and considered said plans and specifi-
cations and the same appear to be in all respects correct and proper;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED that said plans and specifi-
cations be and the same are hereby approved as the official plans and specifi-
cations for doing said work;
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published in a manner
provided by law a notice invitin.- sealed proposals for doing said work, which
said notice shall contain among other things required by law, a statement of the
time and place hereby fixed and appointed for opening, examining and declaring
said proposals, to -wit: 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Monday,
the 1st day of November, 1971 -

Chambers of said City Council in the City Hall, on Fifth Avenue in said City.

the foregoing resolution %a3 duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday the
18th day of October, 1971, by the following vote, to -wit:
