RESOLUTION OF TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL RE AUXILIARY MEMBERS OF THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of San Rafael has
certain auxiliary police officers who from time to time at the dis-
cretion of the Chief of Police are used by him for certain police
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael desires that
said auxiliary police officers when so used by the Chief of Police
shall be covered by state compensation insurance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of San Rafael that
said auxiliary police officers when used in such capacity by the
Chief of Police shall be deemed employees of the City of San Rafael
for the purpose of entitling their, to receive compensation insurance.
Said Resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 3362 of the Labor
Code of the State of California.
