RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK, EAST SAN
RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, that Ely Caillouette, City Engineer of
the City of San Rafael, be, and he is hereby appointed as Engineer
of Work for the East San Rafael Drainage Assessment District No. 1,
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 20th day of December, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen • Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen : None
ABSENT: Councilmen : None
