RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon
due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
"K" STREET CULVERT ADDITION
PROJECT 9633-71.153
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and _MAGGIORA and GHILOTTI, INC. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
27th day of
December
, 19 71
I, MAR1014 A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday , the 20th day of
