RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS, EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of December, 1971, the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, preliminarily
adopted the Engineer's Report and called for public bids for the doing
of the work in East San Rafael Drainage Assessment District No. 1, City
of San Rafael, Marin County, California; and
WHEREAS, there was a conflict between the Notice Inviting
Sealed Bids adopted by the City Council and published as a legal
Notice and the Invitation for Bids contained in the specifications
furnished to the contractors in the matter of the time for the receipt
and opening of bids;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, that any and all bids
received for the doing of the work in said East San Rafael Drainage
Assessment District No. 1, which bids were submitted to the City Clerk
of the City of San Rafael on the 20th day of January, 1972, are hereby
rejected in accordance with the provisions of Section 1-12 of the
"Bid Provisions" of the specifications for said project and in accord-
ance with the provisions of Resolution No. 4130, passed by the City
Council on the 20th day of December, 1971.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foreaoina resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Citv Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin Countv, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 7th day of Februarv, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
