RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION IN
THE EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 1, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY,CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, that the Resolution of Intention adopted
by the City Council of the City of San Rafael on the 18th day of
January, 1971, for the East San Rafael Drainage Assessment District
No. 1, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, shall be amended
by adding thereto, immediately preceding the attestation clause,
the following paragraph:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the intention of said
City Council of the City of San Rafael to enter into an
agreement with Tele-Vue Systems Incorporated, under the
terms of which the City of San Rafael will convey to
Tele-Vue Systems Incorporated the television cable
system in accordance with the provisions of Section
10109-10111, inclusive, of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California."
Other than as herein amended said Resolution of Intention
shall remain in full force and effect.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 7th day of February, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen : Barbier, Jensen Miskimen Mul ryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen • None
