RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 4130, ENTITLED
"RESOLUTION AND ORDER PRELIMINARILY ADOPTING ENGINEER'S
REPORT, SETTING PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, CALLING FOR
BIDS AND SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FORMATION OF THE
LEVEE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT, EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, that Resolution No. 4130, entitled
"Resolution and Order Preliminarily Adopting Engineer's Report,
Setting Public Hearing Thereon, Calling for Bids and Setting Public
Hearing on the Formation of the Levee Maintenance District, East San
Rafael Drainage Assessment District No. 1, City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California," adopted by the City Council on the 20th day
Of December, 1971, is hereby rescinded.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
7th day of February, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen ; Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, and Mayor Bettini_
NOES : Councilmen ; None
ABSENT: Councilmen None
