RESOLUTION NO. 4149
RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF AMENDED ENGINEER'S
REPORT, EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 1, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of December, 1971, an Engineer's
Report was filed in the proceedings for the formation of East San
Rafael Drainage Assessment District No. 1, City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California; and
WHEREAS, subsequent thereto certain addenda were issued to
said Report and certain additional changes have been found to be desirable
by the Engineer of Work in said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, that the Engineer of Work
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to file an Amended
Engineer's Report and Amended Estimate of Cost.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 7th day of February, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None
