RESOLUTION CHANGING NAME OF PROJECT ENGINEER,
EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1,
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, that the name of the Project En-
gineer is hereby changed from CARLOS E. GONZALEZ CIVIL ENGINEERS, INC.
to GONZALEZ & OBERKAMPER CIVIL ENGINEERS, INC., and that all references
to the Project Engineer heretofore set forth in these proceedings or
in any documentation pursuant thereto are hereby amended to reflect
such change of name.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all references to Project
Engineer hereafter shall be in the name of GONZALEZ & OBERKAMPER
CIVIL ENGINEERS, INC.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 7th day of February, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
