RESOLUTION CLOSING HEARINGS AND CONTINUING CONSIDERATION
OF BIDS AND ALL OTHER MATTERS IN CONNECTION WITH EAST SAN
RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, CITY OF S&N
RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, that the hearing on the Engineer's
Report and Assessment, and the hearing on the creation of the levee
maintenance district, are hereby closed, and that the consideration
of the bids for the doing of the work, and all other matters in con-
nection with East San Rafael Drainage Assessment District No. 1, City
of San Rafael, Marin County, California, originally scheduled for the
14th day of February, 1972, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., and
continued from time to time, is now continued from March 27, 1972,
at the hour of 8:30 o'clock P.M. to April 3, 1972, at the hour of 8:00
o'clock P.M.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular adjourned meeting thereof,
held on the 27th day of March, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
