RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT BOUNDARY MAP, EAST SAN RAFAEL
DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of
the City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, a map show-
ing the proposed boundaries of the Drainage Maintenance District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, that that
certain map entitled, "Boundary Map of Drainage Maintenance
District, East San Rafael Drainage Assessment District No. 1,
City of San Rafael, County of Marin, California," be
and the same is hereby approved.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof,
held on the 3rd day of April, 1972, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen . Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES : Councilmen : None
ABSENT: Councilmen : None
