A RESOLUTION DECLARING NO MAJORITY
PROTESTS TO ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council has conducted pub-
lic hearing as required by law upon a proposal to annex to the
City of San Rafael certain territory known as "LUCAS GREEN ANNEXA-
TION".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael that the Council finds and declares that
written protests to such annexation have not been filed by owners
of one-half of the value of the territory proposed to be annexed.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 17th day of April 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor
Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
