RESOLUTION NO, 4190
RESOLUTION ORDERING CLOSING, ABANDONING
AND VACATING VARIOUS EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael on the 20th
day of March
, 1x72, adopted Resolution No. 4172
entitled RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE VARIOUS EASEMENTS; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution was posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City of San Rafael,
California, conspicuously posted notices of easement vacation as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, a hearing was had this day as required by law and said
Resolution No. 4172 , at which hearing the Council of the City of San
Rafael heard evidence offered by persons interested; and
WHEREAS, it appears from all of the evidence submitted that the
following described easements are unnecessary for present or prospective
public use;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the following described easements are unnecessary for
present or prospective public use;
2. That the following described easements are hereby ordered
closed, abandoned and vacated;
3. That the easements closed, abandoned and vacated are described
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
I, MARION A. Gr,ADY , Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of San Rafael held
on the 17th day of April , 19% 72 , by the following vote,
to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN : Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN None

ON LOT 3, "MAP OF OAKMONT COURT" (12 Maps at pg 14�
Commencing at the most southwesterly corner of Lot 3 as shown on the final
map of Oakmont Terrace, recorded on August 20, 1963 in Volume12 of Maps at
page 14 Marin County Records; thence S 70° 03' 00" E, 10.00 feet; thence
N 19° 57' 00" E, 90.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
S 70° 03' 00" E, 20.00 feet; thence N 19° 57' 00" E, 10.00 feet; thence
N 70° 03' 00" W, 20.00 feet; thence S 19° 57' 00" W, 10.00 feet to the
point of beginning. Containing 200 square feet, more or less.
