RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL RE MERGING OF PAYROLL TRUST FUND
AND CASH REVOLVING FUND.
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael now has an account entitled
Payroll Trust Fund Account in the amount not to exceed $10,000.00
and a cash revolving fund account in an amount not to exceed
$1,500.00; and
WHEREAS, it is desirous that said accounts be combined so as
to eliminate some duplicity of work and accounting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of San Rafael that said payroll trust fund account in an amount not
to exceed $10,000.00 and the cash revolving fund account in an amount
not to exceed $1,500.00 be combined into one account in the name of
the cash revolving fund account in an amount not to exceed $11,500.00.
