RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
HAROLD E. PENNINGTON
WHEREAS, the City Council on behalf of the citizens of
the City of San Rafael hereby commends Police
Officer HAROLD E. PENNINGTON for his heroic
action on the morning of April 14, 1972 at
which time Officer PENNINGTON risked his own
life and safety to assist his fellow officer.
I, MARION A GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regular-
ly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Coun-
cil of said City held on Monday, the 17th of April 1972•
