RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 3998
WITH RELATION TO GAS FACILITIES, EAST SAN RAFAEL
DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL,
MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, that Resolution of Intention No. 3998, passed
by the City Council of the City of San Rafael on the 18th day of
January, 1971, for the East San Rafael Drainage Assessment District
No. 1, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, is hereby amended
as follows:
By adding to the description of the work to be done
the following:
"The work and improvement to be done in the above district
shall also include the construction of underground gas
facilities."
Other than as herein amended, said Resolution of Intention No.
3998, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 15th day
of May, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen : Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Maynr Bettini
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen • Nnne
