RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, a map showing the proposed
boundaries of Bahia de Rafael Industrial Park Assessment District,
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, that that certain man
entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of Bahia de Rafael Industrial Park
Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California,"
be and the same is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of said boundary
map herein approved shall be filed with the County Recorder of the
County of Marin in accordance with the provisions of Part 2, Division
4.5 of the Streets and Iiighways Code of the State of California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
15th day of May, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen : Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen : None
ABSENT: Councilmen : None
