RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
"SANITARY SEWER RECONSTRUCTION PROTECT - PHASE -I. WS -CALIF -35$"
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and MAGGTORA & STJT, T�TTT, .TNC, , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
20th day of
June
, 19—Z2_ .

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
