RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and welfare
require that the real property hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for
the benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, California, does hereby accept that certain deed for and on
behalf of the City of San Rafael and the real property described therein, all
as more particularly described and set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed
to cause said deed to be duly recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the adoption of this
resolution.

HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on

LEE. R. CECCOTTI and EVA J. CECCOTTI, his wife; DAVID D. BETTEGA and
EDNA BETTEGA, his wife; MARIO PIERI and JUANITA PIERI, his wife; C. D.
MADSEN and CHARLOTTE MADSEN, his wife; RALPH T. TIERNEY and ELEANOR
W. TIERNEY, his wife; HENRY J. GHILOTTI and BONNIE GHILOTTI; ELMO

THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, a municipal corporation, the second party, all that
real property situated in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin, State of
California, described as follows:
That portion of the lands situated in the City_of San Rafael, County of Marin, State
of California, as described in the Deed from Scenic Investment Company, Inc., a
corporation, to Dino Ghilotti, et al, recorded September 15, 1961 in Book 1497 of
Official Records at page 448, described as follows:
PARCEL "A"
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly line of Simms Street, said point being
on the Northwesterly line of the parcel of land conveyed by James L. Flood, et al,
to Helene Rebecca Daly, by Deed recorded July 10, 1894 in Book 30 of Deeds at
page 234, said point being distant South 41° 12' West 60. 042 feet from the most
Northerly corner of said Daly parcel; thence on a curve to the left, whose center
bears South 48'' 48' East 30. 00 feet through an angle of 70' 37', an arc distance
of 36. 97 feet; thence South 29' 25' East 11. 37 feet to the Westerly line of said Daly
parcel; thence along the Westerly line of said Daly parcel, North 45' 51' West
30. 80 feet to the most Westerly corner of said Daly parcel; thence along the North-
westerly line of said Daly parcel, North 41' 12' East 30.48 feet to the point of
beginning.
PARCEL "B"
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly line of the parcel of land conveyed to Helene
Rebecca Daly by Deed recorded July 10, 1.894 in Book 30 of Deeds at page 234, said
point being on the Easterly line of Jacoby Street, formerly the San Rafael - San
Quentin County Road, as described in the Deed to the County of Marin recorded
January 16, 1891 in Book 16 of Deeds at page 25, said point being distant North 42' 49'
West 335. 059 feet from the most Southerly corner of the parcel of land described
in the Deed to Dino Ghilotti, et al, recorded September 15, 1961 in Book 1497 of
Official Records at page 448; thence along a tangent curve to the right, having a
radius of 276. 00 feet, through an angle of 33' 02' 30", an arc distance of 159.16
feet to the Easterly line of the parcel of land conveyed to the County of Marin by
Deed recorded January 17, 1924 in Book 37 of Official Records at page 373; thence
along said Easterly line, South 9' 46' 30" East 81. 86 feet to the most Southerly
corner o. said County parcel (37/373) said point being on the Easterly line of
Jacoby Street, as described in said Deed to the County of Marin, recorded in
Book 16 of Deeds at page 373; thence along said Easterly line, South 42Q 491 East
81. 86 feet to the point of beginning.
