RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL FUND TO BE
DESIGNATED "REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE
FUND" AND PRESCRIBING THE PURPOSES THEREOF.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That, pursuant to the provisions of
the Community Redevelopment Law,there is hereby created a special fund which
shall be designated "Redevelopment Agency Administrative Fund". All monies
appropriated or transferred to said Fund by the City shall be used to defray
the administrative expenses of the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency.
I, MARION A GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California,
HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced at
a regular meeting of the Council of said City on the 19th day of June, 1972,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barb ier, Jensen, Miskimen , MuIryan and Mayor Bett1ni
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
