RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING $20,000 TO THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE FUND
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a proposed interim
budget for redevelopment activities from June 1, 1972, to December 31, 1972; and
WHEREAS, said budget provides for expenditures of funds for the
purpose of planning and creating a redevelopment project for the City of
San Rafael.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, California:
THAT the sum of $20,000 is hereby transferred from the unappropriated
General Fund surplus for Fiscal Year 1971-72 and reappropriated to the
Redevelopment Agency Administrative Fund as a loan to be paid back to the
General Fund at 7% interest solely from the revenues of said Agency, if any.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California,
HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced at
a regular meeting of the Council of said City on the 19th day of June, 1972
by the following vote, -to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN:None
