RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ADJUSTING THE SALARY
RANGE FOR CLERICAL CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed that the
salary ranges for all clerical classifications be adjusted effec-
tive July 1, 1972; and
WHEREAS, those incumbents whose present salary range
exceeds the newly established range, for which she/he is classi-
fied, will be placed in a "Y" rated salary range as follows:
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the "Y" rated salary
range be frozen and may not increase until the last step of the
newly created salary range exceeds the last step of the said "Y"
rated salary range.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly

City held on Monday, the 26th day of June , 1972 by the follow-
